Hi, I am Sarah Golaszewski. As a coach and a mother of a son with ADHD, I know that navigating the ADHD maze is no easy task. I know what it is like to have a diagnosis and not know where to go for help. Families and individuals typically do not know where to begin or what options are available to them. I knew my son was smart, but I just couldn't figure out how to help him. We tried many counseling and tutoring programs but still struggled to find the best support for him. We stumbled across coaching after his freshman year in college was more challenging than anticipated. Once we discovered ADHD coaching, I knew that I had found my passion and he had found the help he needed. I have been where you are now and have probably faced some of the same issues.
My coaching style is caring and empathetic while incorporating healthy routines and developing executive function skills. I tend to have a straight forward but caring style. I believe that establishing and committing to lasting routines and a healthier lifestyle is just that – a commitment, and it’s a big one that will take a lot of dedication. My clients need to be ready to work hard and truly feel that they can change. But believe me when I tell you, it will be worth it. My personal commitment is to provide you with accountability, understanding and support while accomplishing lasting growth. My ADHD Coach Training comes from JST Coaching and Training. I have an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation.
